Must go! Must go! Must go!
I used to come here a lot when i was little with my family, but for some reason we slowly stopped. Why? I have NO IDEA cause this place is fabulous!
Firstly, it's beautiful. If you sit outside you get a wonderful view on a balcony and i can only imagine how romantic it looks at night!!
The inside felt very spacious and allowed for big parties and tables while retaining a talkative atmosphere that wasn't offensive in volume.
The service was outstanding! Do the waiters read minds? Honestly- i felt like the second i noticed i needed something my server was right next to me with a smile. Fell in love a little.
okay okay- now onto the FOOD review.
The prices are EXTREMELY reasonable for the quality and portion in my opinion.
My moms Maple Glazed Turkey club was VERY generous in portion of turkey and somehow the sandwich was hot while the veggies were cold? Explain that. Magic. I was so jealous... until i saw MINE.
Excuse me but the amount fo lobster i got in my sandwich cost more than the sandwich. Keep that as my little secret though. I cant even explain how absolutely out of this world delicious it was. And the SAUCE? Oh my God whatever it is- i need it for every meal all the time.
The crab cake was very think and surprisingly paired perfectly with the tomato. Again with the magic mystery sauce. Whatever it was- divine.
When i first saw that they brought those fries banana chips on the side- i was disappointed. Im a side of fries kinda girl- except today. They were perfectly crispy and were amazing inside my sandwich. Never would have ever thought of that.
Oh and their puff bread/butter? Ridiculous. A must try. Go there just for that bread and butter. -

This review is based on the service only.
Our server, Raoul, came by once to take our drink order and a second time to take our mains. And then disappeared.
Well, he disappeared from our table anyway... we did see him a few times at nearby tables but never again at ours.
We were brought the classic consommé and popover by the busser and they were never removed when the entrees came. We were never asked if we wanted water and NO ONE came by to check on us even once.
I had to ask the hostess for our waiter - he NEVER again showed his face. I requested water for my 89 year old aunt and got it after the 2nd request at the end of the meal.
I asked to speak to the manager, Jodie. She barely apologized and said she would have to speak to him. That's it.
I had to ask the busser for the check and eventually our server reappeared to hand me my credit card back with a smile...
I told him the service had been seriously lacking this evening, to which he was stunned.
"Jodie's talk" didn't go far at all apparently.
It's unfortunate because years ago, this was a wonderful restaurant with excellent service.
The food was consistently good, the service needs significant improvement. -

This has to be one of my favorite restaurants in Miami!! The service is phenomenal and the food is delicious. It was raining when we went and the servers were so kind and moved everything inside when it started to rain too hard. Our waiter was so accommodating and sweet. Love, love this place!! Definitely an escape from reality where you get treated like a queen!

A classic café experience at the quintessential luxury department store. The meal begins with the classic combination of a popover, fresh baked, and a small cup of warm broth. The menu is limited, but has a sufficient variety of tasty options. The lentil soup is outstanding, with a taste of home cooking that gives you that instant warmth. We started with fried banana crisps (Mariquitas) with guacamole and a black bean crema that was delicious. The burger is one of the better burgers I have had, and the fries were a match. The vegetable tagliatelle was also very good. We finished up with their signature chocolate chip cookies, which we took to go in a nicely boxed container, as always containing a card with their decades-old recipe. All in all, this is a very pleasant experience. You do a little shopping downstairs, then pop up for a nice meal in the calm, relaxing dining room. You can sit inside or out on the balcony overlooking the mall for some people watching. Don't miss their large-format clock as you exit the elevator on your left. Walk out on the balcony and peer into the tower to see its custom-made mechanism.
